B4II freestanding using ASIO4ALL driver with the Kore 1 USB Audio.

This first shot shows right at 10ms Latency.
VB3 running in VstHost (free software) also using ASIO4ALL.

This looks like a little over 10ms Latency.
B4II running in Kore Host with Kore ASIO driver.

Exactly 10ms Latency.
VB3 running in Kore Host with Kore ASIO driver.

Looks like about 12 ms Latency.
VB3 running in Kore with ASIO4ALL driver.

Slightly over 10ms Latency.
B4II running in Kore with ASIO4ALL driver.

This looks like it is a little less than 10ms Latency.
Conclusions
First of all these different setups were very near 10ms which may just indicate what this computer and "soundcard" are capable of. It seems that when a difference was evident, that B4II was slightly quicker than VB3. Secondly, it seemed that ASIO4ALL was slightly quicker than KORE ASIO drivers. I plan to try using ASIO4ALL for awhile to see if I feel any difference in my usual setup.
